  2025 TML Rookie Draft - Noon ET, Saturday, February 22, 2025
Below are the Major Index Stock assignments for the 2025 Lottery Draft and
tie-breakers.  We will use the two digits to the right of the decimal spot
in each key "Major Index" closing numbers this Thursday (October 17).  The
team with the lowest number will be awarded the #1 pick, scaled to the
highest number getting the #3 pick in the 1st Round.

There were five (5) regular season ties this year.  The tie between 
Albany and Madison was broken using head-to-head.  Madison was 3-1
over Albany and will draft behind Albany.  Toxic Waste will draft
ahead of Chesapeake due to the 2nd level tie-breaker (road record).
The two 3-way ties were broken using head-to-head records amongst
the tied teams.  Marco Island (3-5) will draft ahead of New York (6-8)
who will draft ahead of Vanderlyle (9-5).  Beverly (6-8) will draft
ahead of California (7-7) who will draft ahead of Kentucky (5-3).
The remaining tie between Murderous and Glenmont will be the 3rd
level tie-breaker (Dow Jones EVEN/ODD Tie-breaker) due to them
being 5-5 against each other and having the same road record (30-50).

The drafting order below does *not* include any traded draft picks
and the loss of draft picks due to overuse fines.
