  2026 TML Rookie Draft - Noon ET, Saturday, February 21, 2026
Below are the Major Index Stock assignments for the 2026 Lottery Draft and
tie-breakers.  We will use the two digits to the right of the decimal spot
in each key "Major Index" closing numbers this Wednesday (November 5th).  
The team with the lowest number will be awarded the #1 pick, scaled to the
highest number getting the #3 pick in the 1st Round.

There were four (4) regular season ties this year.  The ties between 
Beverly and Madison, New York and Rocky Mountain, and Duluth and 
Albany were all broken using head-to-head.  Madison was 6-4 over
Beverly and will draft behind Beverly.  Rocky Mountain was 3-1 over
New York and will draft behind New York.  Duluth and Albany were
2-2.  Duluth (.512) will draft ahead of Albany (.475) due to the 2nd
level tie-breaker, better road record.  There was one 3-way tie which
was broken using head-to-head records among the tied teams, in the
order of Marco Island (5-9), Santa Ana (4-4) and 'Skayuna (9-5).

traded draft picks, or any loss due to overuse penalties.
